How to Request Deletion

You can request the deletion of your Merveilleux account and all associated personal data at any time. To do so, please send an email to our support team with your request.

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once your data has been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• ✕ Your account and login credentials
• ✕ Your style preferences and personality profile
• ✕ Your saved products and collections
• ✕ Your behavioral data (likes, skips, clicks)
• ✕ Your subscription information
• ✕ Any uploaded photos (e.g., room scan images)

Data Retention After Deletion

Some anonymized, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion for service improvement purposes. This data cannot be linked back to you personally.

Payment records may be retained as required by applicable financial regulations.
