If you submit content to Merveilleux — such as product reviews, feedback, vibe stickers, or saved collections — you retain ownership of that content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, use, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. We may remove content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

Merveilleux displays products from third-party retailers, developers, and brands. We do not sell these products directly and are not a party to any transaction you complete with a third party.

Product recommendations are generated by AI and your preferences. We do not guarantee that any recommendation will meet your expectations or that a linked third-party site is accurate, safe, or available. Any purchase you make from a third party is governed by that third party's terms and policies, not these Terms.

Merveilleux offers a paid premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe.

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the point of purchase.

• Authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

• Provide valid payment information.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law.

We may change subscription pricing upon reasonable notice. Price changes will not apply to a current billing period that has already been paid.

All content provided by Merveilleux — including the platform design, logos, text, graphics, software, and AI models — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Product names, images, and brand assets shown on the Service remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that recommendations will be accurate or suitable for you.

Your use of the Service and any reliance on product recommendations is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merveilleux and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if you have not made any purchase, the sum of fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Merveilleux, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. Instructions and the full data deletion process are described on our Data Deletion page. We process verified requests within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Merveilleux operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts described on our Contact page.

You and Merveilleux agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification. Your continued use of Merveilleux after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
